General Terms of using our website

This website is operated by Nipperbout Limited, registered company in England and Wales (number 07525540). Our registered office is at Chandos House, School Lane, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, MK18 1HD.

Group course purchases can be made by selecting a course and the required amount of seats for that course at checkout you are required to provide a group name.
 
If more than one course is required for a group then the Group leader can choose the courses they want and specify how many seats for that group, then buy access to that group from the custom group builder page https://nipperbout.online/buy-courses/
 
Every user in the group has access to that group’s course(s).
 
If you require a different quantity of seats per course for your group, then you need to make a separate group purchase for each course.
 
Only one Group purchase can be made per transaction.
 
The initial group leader can assign additional group leaders to manage the group. Group leaders do not automatically have a seat assigned.
 
Group Leaders cannot remove user(s) from groups once the user(s) have started course activities.

 

A refund cannot be issued if the user(s) have started course activities.
 
Additional seats can be added to your group at any time.
 
Additional courses and seats can be added to your group at any time if you have purchased your group with the custom group builder https://nipperbout.online/buy-courses/.
 
Add users to your group once purchased from the group management page. There are three options > Add 1 user, add multiple, or upload a .csv file formatted like this
 
There are three optional ways to invite users into your group.
  1. Enter users name, email to set up account and send email invite 
  2. Enter the users name & email to set up an account and send enrolment keys via email
  3. Download enrolment keys and send them to your group users to independently register their account
The use of enrollment keys is so that the user can register their account independently this is completely optional. 

 

From the group management page The group leader can:
  • Assign users & additional group leaders
  • Remove users who haven’t started yet
  • Send password reset emails to users
  • Send out email messages to group members which can be filtered by course and status –  not started \ in progress \ completed. Reply to email can be specified.
 
Generate and export :
  • Group Course(s) Overview Reports
  • Detailed Quiz Reports
  • Individual User Progress Reports
 
Courses can be viewed using a phone but we recommend a tablet, laptop or desktop computer for the best experience.

 

A refund cannot be issued if the customer(s) have already downloaded the product.

Which country’s laws apply?

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
